Therapy Services

I work with adults for individual therapy
(I do not work with children, families, or couples)

Some insurance providers cover a portion of therapeutic services with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). You will be billed and required to submit your receipt to your provider to be reimbursed.
Therapy services provided in private practice are best suited for people who have robust insurance coverage for sessions or the ability to pay out of pocket for a higher cost session.

If you require lower-cost counselling, please look for intern counsellors and resources within the community that get funding for subsidized services.

My Sessions and Prices

Standard - 50 minute session, $170

A standard therapy session is 50 minutes

(to allow your therapist a 10 minute break between appointments).

Extended - 1 hour 20 min session, $272

For some folks, 50 minutes does not feel like enough time to connect. This appointment type adds an extra 30 minutes to the standard appointment.

Double - 1 hour 50 min session, $340

When you want sessions less often but for longer periods of
time, I offer a double session.
